Saturday morning was Steph's divisionals in Crawfordsville, IN. We got up at 5:15am to be there by 6:45am. Her 50 free was over by 9:15am and we headed for home arriving around 10:30am. Seeing that our early adventure had been an early one, I requested a brief "sleep recovery" shortly after our arrival home. When I woke up...I was informed by Mr. Awesome himself (aka Mark) that he had something for our blog from our 5 year old. And I will be honest, my first thought was "Oh no!" Thoughts confirmed...Cami had recreated a page from "Just Another Ordinary Day" by Rod Clement. It was a sea of books (boat included.) Just another confirmation of the dangers of reading to your children.

I literally laughed out loud when I saw the photo! It's tough because you want to scream at them for the mess they made yet commend them for their creativity. Such are the joys of parenthood.
Thus, our inspiration for Minimize Mess March! LOL!
