Steph's ISSMA Instrumental Solo and Ensemble contest was held yesterday at the high school. Her drum emsemble earned a gold rating. They played a percussion lullaby. It was really quite unique! One might think the two couldn't mix but it was AWESOME!!! Nice job Steph. One more "note" (all puns intended) on good old Steph. She was chosen with some of her peers to take the ACT or SAT next Saturday. (Crazy eh? 7th grade!!!) After discussing this together and making this a matter of prayer, we opted to let her be a kid and take the test later. We are proud of you Steph for all your hard work and hope you enjoy every moment of being a 12 year old! It only comes once in a lifetime! We love you!!!
